Breaking Doctor Strange Director Says NO To Avengers Director Secret Wars News And Update

There are two Big Avengers movies coming our way, Tang Dynasty and Secret Wars.

You’d imagine that if you’re a director in Hollywood who’s a fan of genre films, you’d probably be interested in directing a Marvel film because it would explode your career. Well, a director who has already worked with Marvel Studios was asked if he would be interested in seeking rewards, and his answer was a pretty simple no. So first of all, I’m not going to point out a specific outlet that said he directed both Doctor Strange movies because clearly they don’t know what they’re talking about or have done their research.

But Scott Derrickson directed Doctor Strange, for one. Sam Raimi directed Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. So what are we actually talking about because people were confused there and even if they clicked on the article and saw it, Scott Derrickson said. For some reason, they still believed he directed the sequel. Either way, though, Secret Wars is going to be a big deal. It will be one of the most expensive movies ever made, and when it comes down to it, the director who directs that movie will make enough to never have to direct again. She would think everyone would be interested or say they are interested fans asked Doctor Strange One director Scott Derrickson.

Would you be interested in doing it? His response was no further comments, just no. And again, I respect him. I really respect that, because why would they want to? It was already like he legitimately already had a bad fight with Marvel because he didn’t want to do what they wanted him to do. He wanted to make his own multiversal film and not focus on the elements they wanted. He wanted to do a completely different story that didn’t even connect with what they were trying to build.

He didn’t want to commit to the release date they set. He wanted to go in a different direction and use different characters. And it just didn’t pan out. So why would he want to go back to a system that will make him do the same thing, except on a scale that surpasses Doctor Strange 2? Because it’s secret wars again. Yes, of course he doesn’t want to. It’s absolutely crazy. Any director who signs on to an MCU project has a point of view on them for the rest of time and space and internality and the entire multiverse.

This is just a fact. DC fans hate them. Hollywood elitists look down on them. Comic fans automatically after a project goes, ohh, if the father director is gone, he has to direct the other one. See Taika and the Guardians of the Galaxy after James Gunn was fired again. The moment you direct a big movie from Marvel Studios, your career improves, but at the same time it becomes a nightmare. He wants to avoid that again and good for him.
